- 1 oz dark chocolate
- about 1 tbsp skim milk powder
- about 0.75 c water
Directions
- Shave the chocolate with a sharp knife into a pot. (Small shavings will ensure you don't have globs of melted chocolate floating in your milk.)
- Add milk powder and water and heat, whisking with a fork to ensure the chocolate dissolves evenly.
