Sure, it's just easier to use the Carnation instant stuff, but this will give Starbucks' Chantico a run for its money.

Ingredients (per person)

  • 1 oz dark chocolate
  • about 1 tbsp skim milk powder
  • about 0.75 c water

Directions

  1. Shave the chocolate with a sharp knife into a pot. (Small shavings will ensure you don't have globs of melted chocolate floating in your milk.)
  2. Add milk powder and water and heat, whisking with a fork to ensure the chocolate dissolves evenly.
