I don't think anyone other than Veenstra knows what he intends this page for. My impression was that it was not a list of specific one-time "to-do" tasks but rather a list of repetitive VOC tasks that need to happen every year (or whatever). Writing them down lets us not forget. So instead of "move brew outhouse" we'd get "check the status of all the hut outhouses and make plans for moving if necessary." I don't think anyone other than Veenstra knows what he intends this page for. My impression was that it was not a list of specific one-time "to-do" tasks but rather a list of repetitive VOC tasks that need to happen every year (or whatever).
