This page is intended to bring together people that are (or might be) interested in participating in a ski mountaineering race.
Training schedule
Running up the stairs at Wreck Beach (~75vm), starting sometime in the fall.
Weekday evenings at Seymour (and/or Cypress), usually doing laps from the upper parking lot to Brockton Point (~250vm), starting whenever there's snow (hopefully around Dec.).
