The Aviary is a climbing wall located in the AMS Nest on the UBC Vancouver campus. We are open to everybody, and have top rope, lead climbing, and an array of training tools to suit both new and experienced climbers. Please visit the Aviary website for information on membership, pricing, hours, and lessons.

The Aviary is run and supervised by a team of volunteers, and is located in Nest room 2206.

-If you want to use the wall, you must somehow convince the climbing wall coordinator that you are worthy - i.e. that you can put on a harness, belay, etc.  You also need a partner, as no one is allowed to use the wall solo.  You can access the wall anytime by finding the SUB building supervisor to let you in, as long as the wall is open and you have a valid partner.  Wall hours are usually posted outside the clubroom and at the proctor's office.
