Introduction

We are looking for volunteers to help out with the VOC booth, which will involve interactive games including: the coin reach game, human bouldering, tabling, balance tug of war (name to be decided), and prusiking. Olympic Torch Relay event at UBC officially begins. As the purpose of this event is to celebrate the Olympic Torch passing through, we ask that booths focus their attention on the torch relay as it crosses the festival area. There will be plenty of notice before it arrives, and specific details to follow.

  • 6:00 - 7:00pm

Olympic Torch arrives at UBC. Please note this time is approximate and subject to change.

  • 8:00pm

Booth teardown

Location

Intersection of University Boulevard and East mall. Specific booth location will be provided on event day.
