Clubs Days Staffing
Please use the edit function of the Wiki to place yourself down to help out with clubs days. I'd like if we have two members (that have been in the VOC before this year) and one exec at all times, but only two people to setup/cleanup. Duties involve answering questions and letting prospective members know all the goodies their $30 gets them. We'll also be signing new members up for the club and longhike - a huge selling point for prospective members.
I'm trying to set something up so that new members can go down to the climbing wall behind the Norm Theatre and try it out, so I may add spots below for belayers to volunteer. However the table staffing is priority for help, and timing details have yet to be hammered out regarding the wall idea.
These three days are going to be hectic for me, so I really appreciate the help. In addition to the personal satisfaction that helping gives you, this also counts as a workhike too. Thanks everyone! -Fuller
