The Grouse Grind is a 2.9km trail that climbs 853 metres from the Grouse Mountain parking lot, to pleateau at the top. Look for a trailhead at the right side of the parking lot. It should be hard to miss, since it is extremely popular trail with Vancouverites. After finishing the hike, people can buy a $5 gondola ticket back down to the parking lot, or choose to hike back down (for those with good knees only). There are several good hikes around Grouse Mountain also, such as Crown Mountain, or Goat Mountain.
