The Main Event
The VOC will have a booth at the Main Event (formerly Main Event Carnival) on September 7th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
The booth is there to inform students about the club so if you're interested in sharing your excitement about the VOC, come on out! Help is needed to set up and take down the booth, and also to talk to students about how fantastic the club is.
Additionally, we'll need at least one exec member in the clubroom during the event to sign up people who are keen to join right away. We are not permitted to sell membership right at the booth, but we can direct people to the clubroom.
