Chris Michalak has addded functionality for Admins to post the VOCenes and the Exec Meeting Minutes to the web. We should take advantage of this, probably by making Jess and Chris Admins.

Alumni Membership Renewals. Currently alumni members must fill in a form every year to keep getting access to web/email. This may be hard for some. Is it necessary? Do we need to check that students don't claim to be alumni? If we don't require them to fill a form, what is the proper procedure for renewal (email the membership chair?)

VOC Exec Meeting Agenda

Exec meetings take place on Tuesdays at 1pm in the clubroom. The meetings are open to interested memebers as well as the exec.
