• Add contact details for commercial tenure holders in the vicinity of the VOC huts. Add guidelines for contacting these parties to book periods of use. This should go on the Huts section of the webpage.

Slideshow Strategy

Clubroom Committee

1. Large Map - we have decided to construct a new map using the money donated in memory of Jean Kay. Conor and Rebecca will lead the construction project, which will bear a dedication in memory of Jean Kay.
2. VOC map collection - the collection of 1:50,000 maps in the clubroom is not used, and essential maps are missing. Nick Elson is doing a survey of which critical maps are missing. Up to date maps are available from the map library, with a photocopier nearby. Should we scrap the VOC maps?
3. Noticeboard - this needs a section giving details of upcoming trips. Trip organisers should put this information up, but we need to clear a section for "Upcoming Trips" first.
4. Locked cabinet - Fern Webb has provided a small cabinet, which lacks a top, but she has threatened to construct one. This would enable us to remove the larger old one and free up space. #Large Map - it has been suggested to construct a new map using the money donated in memory of Jean Kay, which will bear a dedication to this effect.
