Clubs Days Staffing

Please use the edit function of the Wiki to place yourself down to help out with clubs days. I'd like if we have two members (that have been in the VOC before this year) and one exec at all times, but only two people to setup/cleanup. During peak lunch hours a 4th person would be fantastic if possible. Duties involve answering questions and letting prospective members know all the goodies their $30 gets them. We'll also be signing new members up for the club and longhike - a huge selling point for prospective members.

We are going to open the Norm Wall for prospective and new members, to allow them the chance to try out rock climbing and to sell wall memberships. I would like 2-3 volunteers that are capable of belaying newbies and if an exec is present, selling wall memberships. We will make club shoes and harnesses available for people to use. Since this is labour intensive I've decided we'll only open it during the lunch rush hours. Please fill up table spots first because this is a much higher priority. Note that belayers should bring ATC and biner, and a harness if the VOC harnesses don't impress you.

These three days are going to be hectic for me, so I really appreciate the help. In addition to the personal satisfaction that helping gives you, this also counts as a workhike too. Thanks everyone! -Fuller

LOCATION: South entrance to the SUB, on the plaza, across from BBQ. The AMS says we are booth S3 and are supposed to pick up our table from Room 212A.[1]
