The exec potluck is where the mind-meld between new and old exec occurs - basically what allows continuity in a club where the entire membership turns over every 4 years or so...

Location

Not at Veenstra's place - it's too small. If anyone has room let me (Veenstra) know ASAP, otherwise we'll have to try and book a location in the SUB. This is moderately lamer than just doing it at somebody's house, since we'll have to play by the AMS's rules and most likely won't have access to a kitchen.

Possible Dates

It will be a weeknight, starting at 6:30pm. I need some time to figure out precisely what we need to go over in order that this be maximally useful In order to try and figure out the night most likely to get everybody, please write you names down for evenings you cannot attend:
