Exec Meeting Agenda: Difference between revisions

Exec meetings take place on Tuesdays at 1pm in the clubroom. The meetings are open to interested memebers as well as the exec.

If you wish to add an agenda item, please edit this page or contact the president.

See also the Exec TODO List which lists things that need to be done that don't need to be talked about at the moment.

As we have lost QM, VP and Archivist, we should organise tasks for the sous exec e.g. banquet, help with trips...
Will Boris be QM?

Winter longhike Feb 5-6 - Tom Chen
- Location? Needle Peak may be too steep for beginners. An alternative would be Falls Lake. Up the road on the left. Though see Scott's comment on snowmobilers.
- Note 5/6 Feb will also be Brew Hut trail recce 2
