- Departure: April 24th (?) after Madeleine's last exam on the 23rd
- Return: when we feel like it (?) or when Tim/others have to go back to work

- Who is coming?
- can we share a food drop/plane ride with Baldwin's group that is going to the same area? - Tim has contacted John to discuss
- what is our planned route? pick up/drop off?
- Do we need/want sleds, and if so can we get sled materials still?

- First Aid kit - Madeleine has the one from Whitemantle which is pretty comprehensive

- more to be added once we determine length of trip and number of people. Should we start dehydrating things now?
