Exec meetings take place on Tuesdays at 1pm in the clubroom. The meetings are open to interested memebers as well as the exec.

Map display
Options are:
- 1. 8 x 8 (2 pieces perspex)
- 2. 8.5 x 6.5 (1 piece perspex)
- 3. No perspex.
Perspex is expensive: option 1 or 2 would be desirable but would probably run over budget. AMS has funds for special projects which we should apply for map display in memory of VOC member, previous one damaged in move, have $550 already, asking for $200 ish. Otherwise could money be found from Clubroom budget.
