Huts

  • Add contact details for commercial tenure holders in the vicinity of the VOC huts. Add guidelines for contacting these parties to book periods of use. This should go on the Huts section of the webpage.
  • Send people to Huts. See VOC hut maintenance.

Work Hikes

  • VOC hut maintenance
  • VOC journal indexing
  • Clubroom beautification work hikes (map construction...)
  • Ski tune up. Priority 1: check bindings, reglue skins Priority 2: waxing, edges.

Archives

  • complete the VOC Journal Index on the wiki
  • send copies of VOCJ to American Alpine Club
  • Reorganize the Archives cabinets

Slideshows

  • Mechanical check/repairs of existing slide projector.
  • Make sure we always have a spare bulb for our projector.

Computing

  • Add captions to photos

Clubroom Committee

  • VOC map collection - we have decided to sell off the collection of 1:50,000 maps as it is unused and incomplete.
