Probably a lot of this information should/could be on other pages in the wiki, but it would be nice to have the handbook be one document. So, for instance, I think it would be good to have a VOC history page, bu that info should/could stay in the handbook too, in case someone wants to physically print it out sometime. Maybe there should be a "VOC essentials" category or something for people to learn about the VOC on the wiki when they join. Or they could just read this handbook page, even though it is pretty long.
