- can we share a food drop/plane ride with Baldwin's group that is going to the same area?
- what is our planned route? pick up/drop off?
- Do we need/want sleds, and if so can we get sled materials still?

- ski gear - does everyone have a set-up in working order?

- Tim's SPOT and GPS - do we want/need a sat phone or radio?
- First Aid kit - Madeleine has the one from Whitemantle which is pretty comprehensive

Food
- more to be added once we determine length of trip and number of people. Should we start dehydrating things now?
