VOC Exec Meeting Agenda

Exec meetings take place on Tuesdays at 1pm in the clubroom. The meetings are open to interested memebers as well as the exec.

Winter trips schedule

  • Avy school Jan 15-16 - Matt
    • TV/VCR/OHP for Thursday/Monday classroom sessions
  • Tele school Jan 29 - Sarah
  • Winter longhike Feb ? - Tom ?
    • Probably 12/13. 5/6 Feb will be Brew Hut trail recce 2.
  • Beginner/intermediate trips - all execs!

Workhikes

  • Ski maintenance - Maciek
  • Trip to Phelix? Resupplies?

Socials

  • Slideshow potluck on 12th. Matt: bringing laptop, trying to get projector.
  • Tsunami fundraiser - help out after meeting!

Brew

FMCBC

  • Last year we paid FMCBC $3000 ($10/member) for advocacy on our behalf. This year the dues have increased to $15/member. We will discuss "if/why" and "how much" we will support FMCBC.

  • Crash pad - from gear fund.
