Adding some code to the directory

Hi Chris,

I was wondering if you could install the ParserFunctions to the wiki's directory from Metamedia ? ParserFunctions
At the moment, I just need the #if function to make Main Article:[[Link]] links from the VOC Handbook Prototype but it could come handing in the future...

On a different note, can you give me article deletion privileges? I've been creating quite a few pages lately and some of them are obsolete after completing a project.
