Minor repairs were completed this winter. Most large projects need to be done during the summer months.

Brew

- Replaced broken window latch - New hole for outhouse needed in near future?


Phelix

- A group made repairs to the roof in October. - Assessed mildew. Took measurements for exposed wood surface area in order to calculate how much paint is needed. Interior painting to be done in summer 2009. - Measurements taken and details recorded on the solar panel. Roland plans to do something with this. Batteries are dead beyond repair.

Harrison

- discussion about replacing/renovating the outhouse. Nothing confirmed. - Trail design and location in progress. Pete Hudson in charge.
