The Plan

Day 1

Drive up and hike into Cerise Creek, and hike past the Hut, and camp beside the Anniversary Glacier.

Day 2

Venture onto the glacier, and if not too scary, go up to the Joffre-Matier Col. Explore around. Possibly climb something. Possibly even camp on the Col. This should be cooler and should involve a small amount of glacier travel. If you aren't experienced with glacier travel, don't worry. We will hold a miniature "glacier school" in situ. Not guaranteeing that we will get to the top of anything, but it's always a possibility... This should be "fairly low output" and "beginner friendly".

Day 3

Go home

Gear

We should bring a rope, crampons, an ice axe, couple of slings, also tents, sleeping bags, food, clothes, etc. If you are unfamiliar with any of this, talk to Roland.
