This page is intended to bring together people that are (or might be) interested in participating in a ski mountaineering race.

Training schedule

Running up the stairs at Wreck Beach, starting sometime in the fall.

Weekday evenings at Seymour (and/or Cypress), usually doing laps from the upper parking lot to Brockton Point (~250vm), starting whenever there's snow (hopefully around Dec.).

Apr. 18^th 2009 - Whistler

North American Ski Mountaineering Championships, taking place during the Telus World Ski & Snowboard Festival
