Archive:Exec potluck 2009-2010

The exec potluck is where the mind-meld between new and old exec occurs - basically what allows continuity in a club where the entire membership turns over every 4 years or so...

Location

Not at Veenstra's place - it's too small. If anyone has room let me (Veenstra) know ASAP, otherwise we'll have to try and book a location in the SUB. This is moderately lamer than just doing it at somebody's house, since we'll have to play by the AMS's rules and most likely won't have access to a kitchen.

Possible Dates

This should probably happen before Veenstra flys to Switzerland on the 19th, because after then he might as well be on the moon until June. If a weeknight, we start at 6:30pm.
