Exec meetings take place on Tuesdays at 1pm in the clubroom. The meetings are open to interested memebers as well as the exec.

Vantage Trip
The Vantage Trip is being organised by Tom Chen for October 9-11.
Brew Hut Committee
Karine Doucet and Jean-Philippe Mercier are interested in taking on the Brew Hut project. Other interested parties are:
- Ting Pan - UBC Architecture
- Chris Boldt - UBC Architecture
- Roland Burton
- Boris K
An initial step would be to organise a Brew Hut Trip. To raise awareness, assess the situation and make plans. This would be an ideal work hike.

Sandra Nicol and Milena will update the exec on the Sea to Sky Winter/Summer Backcountry Forums.

Computing and Admin
Chris Michalak has addded functionality for Admins to post the VOCenes and the Exec Meeting Minutes to the web. We should take advantage of this, probably by making Jess and Chris Admins.
Also a member photo upload would be nice...
Alumni Membership Renewals. Currently alumni members must fill in a form every year to keep getting access to web/email. This may be hard for some. Is it necessary? Do we need to check that students don't claim to be alumni? If we don't require them to fill a form, what is the proper procedure for renewal (email the membership chair?)
